Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of makkiunlock.com and purchases from Makki Unlock. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Digital services
Makki Unlock provides digital device reports, identifier lookups, carrier-unlock request services, travel eSIM plans, software license keys, and related digital products. Nothing is physically shipped unless a product page expressly says otherwise.
We do not bypass Apple Activation Lock, Google Factory Reset Protection, screen passcodes, financing obligations, account security, carrier eligibility rules, or lost-or-stolen device blacklists.
2. Lawful use and ownership
You may submit only a device or identifier that you own or are authorized to check or service. You must not use the Services for stolen devices, fraud, unauthorized surveillance, circumvention of security protections, or any unlawful purpose. We may refuse, cancel, or report an order when we reasonably suspect unlawful or unauthorized activity.
3. Order information
You are responsible for providing an accurate IMEI, serial number, carrier, device model, country, email address, and any other requested details. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay fulfillment or make a service unusable. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation, subject to payment authorization and any eligibility review described on the product page.
4. Prices, payments, and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment methods displayed at checkout. We may correct a clear pricing or description error before fulfillment; if we cannot honor an order as placed, we will offer the available correction or a refund.
5. Digital delivery and timing
Results, activation information, codes, or status updates are delivered electronically to the email used for the order or through another method stated on the product page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier systems, manufacturers, data providers, fraud review, and other third parties can cause delays. If a material delay occurs, we will provide an update and any cancellation or refund option required by our Refund Policy or applicable law.
6. Service results and eligibility
Device reports are informational and depend on the data available from carriers, manufacturers, and other sources at the time of the query. A favorable report does not guarantee future status, financing status, compatibility, or carrier approval. Carrier-unlock approval is controlled by the applicable carrier and can depend on ownership, account standing, financing, blacklist status, device history, and other rules outside our control.
7. eSIMs and software licenses
You are responsible for confirming device, operating-system, region, and network compatibility before ordering. License keys, activation codes, and eSIM credentials are confidential and may be limited to one device, account, activation, region, or term. You may not resell, share, reproduce, or misuse them unless the product page expressly authorizes that use.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Digital and personalized services can begin quickly. Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Product-specific terms shown before checkout also apply; if they conflict with the Refund Policy, the term that gives the customer the greater applicable protection will control unless prohibited by law.
9. Privacy and account security
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, account credentials, or payment-card information to support. Payment details are entered only through Shopify's secure checkout.
10. Intellectual property
The site design, text, graphics, branding, and original content are owned by Makki Unlock or used with permission. Carrier, manufacturer, software, and product names may be trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
11. Third-party services
The Services rely on Shopify, payment processors, carriers, manufacturers, data providers, eSIM networks, and software publishers. Their separate terms and availability can apply. We are not responsible for a third party's independent systems or decisions, but this does not limit our obligations for the service we sell or any rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided based on the information and third-party systems available at the time of fulfillment. We do not promise that every request will be eligible, approved, uninterrupted, or error-free. These disclaimers do not exclude any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makki Unlock will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence remain unaffected.
15. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The version in effect when an order is placed governs that order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
